But beyond my passion for recruitment, ZAMEC is deeply personal. As a mother of three now young adults, my journey has been shaped by challenges, perseverance, and an unwavering commitment to building a future for my family. The name ZAMEC holds special meaning—it’s formed from the first letters of our names: Zahlee, Anthony, Melinda, Ella-Jayne, and Charlotte. It represents the foundation of why I do what I do.

With over 15 years of experience in recruitment and HR, I’ve worked across Australia, New Zealand, and the UK, building high-performing, people-centric organisations. From starting out as an Small business owner in the creative arts to progressing through roles as a Recruitment Consultant, HR Assistant, Senior Industrial Recruitment Specialist, Branch Manager, Group HR Manager, HR Business Partner, Operations Manager, and ultimately Executive General Manager, my journey has been one of continuous growth, adaptability, and leadership.
As an accomplished Group General Manager, I’ve led diverse teams, managed large-scale operations, and driven transformational change across multiple industries. My passion lies in recruitment, talent management, HR Strategy and continuous business improvement—whether it’s implementing cutting-edge technologies like AI-driven CRM and recruitment tools, launching new divisions, or developing innovative strategies to enhance efficiency and performance.
